Anne-Marie - Creative Lead

Creative direction, photography & film2018 - 2023

How it started

In 2018 I joined Anne-Marie on the road as her tour photographer, supporting Ed Sheeran's Divide stadium tour. No brief, no title, just a camera and complete access.

What it became

Over six years that grew into creative lead across her tours, music videos, portraits and album campaigns, alongside Atlantic Records. I learnt the industry with her and along the way shaped the visual language of a defining era of her career.

2023 Unhealthy

Her third album, Unhealthy: the album visual and artwork, the Sad Bitch campaign, studio sessions with Shania Twain, Expectations with MINNIE and a winter tour.

2021-22 Dysfunctional

All about the tour: I designed the posters for her Dysfunctional tour and was on the road with her, while the studio sessions in between built towards the Unhealthy album.

2020 Lockdown

When everything stopped, we kept making: a one-woman-band film for YouTube Originals, a press shoot over FaceTime, a studio film for Bose and a documentary that filmed us at work.

2019 Further afield

The world got bigger: a tour across Asia, from Fuji Rock to Beijing, magazine covers and the visualiser for her single with Lauv.

Below: fuck, i'm lonely with Lauv, the official visualiser. Its still became the single's cover art.

On 35mm: the China tour billboard (above) and a claw machine in Taipei (top).

Korea: after her show was cancelled she played a free gig for fans (above) and fans met her at the airport (below).

2018 On the road

Where it started. Anne-Marie was supporting Ed Sheeran on his Divide stadium tour and I was there with a camera.
